more than a home

❋ respect for existing nature
we design architecture that responds to its environment with intention and care. Through passive strategies, tree and nature protection, each project seeks to minimize its ecological footprint.
❋ contextual design
starting with a previous study to understand the particular site, climate, culture, and ecosystem. We believe architecture should emerge from its context, creating spaces that are rooted, responsive, and in dialogue with their surroundings.
❋ light and water efficiency
strategies for natural light optimization and responsible water use are integrated throughout the design. Openings, appliances, shading, and material choices work together to reduce energy demand while improving indoor comfort.
❋ connection

conceived for surf lovers seeking both functionality and connection to the coast. The design incorporates dedicated storage spaces for surfboards and gear, along with a direct pathway that seamlessly links the home to the beach. At its core, the project embraces an open, family-oriented layout that encourages gathering.
