Sendero Hotel is part of our Nosara’s collection, located on the previous Mamma Rosa Hotel site, the first beach cabinas in Nosara. Is a proposal that integrates the local architecture with beautiful gardens to create a relationship with  forest and water. A place of serenity and tranquility for surfers close to the ocean.

Designed to capture the simple luxury of nature, through sustainable architecture, reclaimed local materials, locally sourced custom wood furniture and treated wastewater on-site.

❋ reclaimed local materials
Reclaimed bricks and clay tiles were incorporated throughout the project, giving new life to traditional construction elements while reducing the need for newly manufactured materials.
❋ locally sourced custom wood furniture
Additional finishes—including bathroom tiles, concrete, and rapidly renewable wood—were sourced locally, lowering transportation emissions and strengthening connections to regional craftsmanship.
❋ treated wastewater on-site
The hotel integrates an on-site water treatment system that purifies wastewater so it can be reused for landscape irrigation. Along with high-efficiency fixtures and captured rainwater to reuse in toilets.
❋ tree protection on the property
The architecture was carefully planned to preserve existing vegetation and maintain the ecological integrity of the site. Mature trees were protected during construction.
