Every project begins with an entry level analysis of the land, focusing on local wind patterns, solar orientation, native vegetation, and natural movement. Our objective is to deliver buildings that maintain thermal comfort without relying heavily on mechanical cooling, age naturally in tropical environments, and maintain a functional relationship with the ground they occupy.

A beachfront hospitality project located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, directly facing the La Lora surf break. Designed as a contemporary tropical retreat, the project emphasizes passive cooling, natural ventilation, and locally sourced materials to ensure a low impact, immersive guest experience.

Located in Nosara on the former site of Mamma Rosa Hotel, home of the first beach cabinas in the area. The architectural proposal integrates existing local structures with native gardens to establish a close connection with the forest and water, providing a functional, serene space for surfers and travelers.

Integrated into the hillsides of Nosara, Costa Rica, the Maloca Dome is a dedicated space for gathering, movement, and reflection. Conceived as a center for yoga, meditation, and collective practices, the structure invites people to connect with the immediate natural surroundings and the local community.
