The project — completed in 2024 — comprises seven villas on a narrow, deep lot in one of Costa Rica's most conservation-conscious communities. The design is organized around a single spatial move: a winding green passage that runs the full length of the site, filtering tropical light and dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior.

Materials were chosen for their ability to age well and their environmental logic: reclaimed roof tiles, recycled brick, and natural stone floors that anchor the interiors in the same geology as the landscape outside.
